Insulated roller garage doors are an excellent upgrade from a manual Up & Over garage door or an alternative to an electrically operated Up & Over garage door.
Our roller doors are fully insulated and sealed providing a comfortable environment for those within a garage workshop, integral garage and many other applications. They have improved security that gives greater peace of mind and all come as standard with electric operation and are fully remote control.
Each curtain is assembled and made from interlocking twin wall aluminium sections with CFC-free insulating polyurethane foam which gives a very high insulation value for both sound and heat.
Our insulated roller door also offers many other features and benefits alongside its thermal value. First, to comply with current legislation and health and safety directives a safety brake must be fitted as standard. Those who offer insulated doors cheap may well not include this as it is quite costly. Please be aware of this when making your purchase.
The locking system within our roller door drives the door down to make it safe and secure. This also compacts the individual laths to increase the thermal value even more.
All our roller doors also come with Somfy motors that are both factory fitted and pre-wired. Somfy are renowned as world leaders in the motorisation industry and offer extended warranty free of charge, once again something not offered by the cheaper versions on the market.
The channels are also neoprene and brush lined which drastically cuts down noise when in operation and on draughts, with a total of 6 seals.
Our insulated roller door is available in two premium colours; including Golden Oak and Mahogany.
In addition to the premium colours there are eight standard colours, which are Brilliant White, Purple Red, Jet Black, Jamaica Brown, Old English Cream/Beige, Moss Green, Steel Blue and Teak. If your colour is not there, we can do our best to match to any RAL colour, but for the majority the above colours provides a colour to suit your home and surroundings.
